Monographs featuring Umeda Tetsuya and Oh Haji (published in 2026 / not for sale) will be distributed by mail upon request. To receive a copy, please follow the application procedure below. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once all copies are distributed.

Application Procedure

1. Submit your application using the form below.
Application Deadline: Saturday, November 28, 2026, at 23:59 (JST) *Available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. -
2. After submitting your application, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email to send a Letter Pack Plus to our Office.
Arrival Deadline: Sunday, December 6, 2026 (JST) - 3. Once we confirm receipt of the Letter Pack Plus, we will send the monograph sometime in December.
*Distribution by mail is available within Japan only.
*Each monograph is limited to one copy per person.
*Please wait until you receive and review the confirmation email before sending your Letter Pack Plus.
*Applicants are responsible for the cost of purchasing and sending the Letter Pack Plus to our Office.

About the distribution conditions
- – Applications for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
- – If any information in your application is incomplete or incorrect, the TCAA Office may contact you for clarification.
- – Applications may be canceled if the eligibility requirements are not met or if the Letter Pack Plus is not received by the specified deadline.
- – We will not send a separate sending notification. Please use the tracking number you recorded to check the delivery status. If you receive a missed-delivery notice, arrange to receive the package by the retention deadline stated on the notice. Otherwise, it will be returned to our office.
- – The Office cannot provide compensation for loss or damage during sending.
